CTWinds Welcome PM Lee Visit to Clementi Town

Dear Parents & Friends of CTSS

Our Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will be visiting Clementi this Saturday 5 April 2014, and Clementi Constituency is organising an Arts and Culture Festival which our School Band – CTWinds – has been invited to perform in.

This festival is open to members of the public. Thus, we do cordially invite all of you and your family members to witness this culturally-vibrant festival.

The Festival is from 9.30am-12.30pm, and CTWinds will be performing at 9.30am-10am in the open space near the fountain at BLK 441A.

We are truly very thankful for all the support you have given our Bandsmen all this while, and look forward to seeing you @ Clementi Town Centre BLK 441A this Saturday! 🙂

Let’s Talk! Parent and Child Conference is a free seminar conducted by Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group for parents and children aged 11 – 14 years. Learn the tools and better equip yourself with the right kind of communication skills to communicate about sexuality issues and bring the relationship to a whole new level.

For Parents

• Understand the KGOY (Kids Growing Older Younger) Phenomena
• Deal with a young generation that has been exposed and under-responded
• Help your children be accountable for all their actions
• Parent or friend? You don’t have to choose your role when you educate your kids

For Children

• Learn to build the right rapport with your parents so that feelings and thoughts can be shared without the misconception of being judged
• Bond with your parents and gain the confidence in approaching and sharing deeply with them after understanding their mindset
• Participate in activities together with your parents and learn the art of communication to better the relationship
